Pastor Marty serves as Lead Pastor, ministering faithfully alongside his wife, Diane. Shared straight from his heart:
"I believe God can save anybody, no matter what they have done. Simply put, His Holy Word tells us over and over again that if you believe, you can be saved. But the reason I believe it first and foremost is because He saved a sinner like me. I am so deeply grateful for the grace of God that rescues us, and for the mercy He gives us each and every day after.
"I truly believe that if we as Christians would simply live out the two greatest commandments Jesus gave us—'You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind' and 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself'—everything else would take care of itself. We are living in a time when the world desperately needs the church to simply be the church, and that starts with loving God and loving people.
"When we live this out, we become the unified body Jesus prayed for in John 17: 'I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word; that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me.' A searching world will realize that the Gospel is true, that God is real, and that Jesus Christ is the Savior of the world through the unity of His people. My deepest prayer is that God unifies His Church—starting right here with us."
